Tried both procedures--both seemed to work in changing setting. Restarted, check setting--still disabled or even tried not configured--but still getting the same message that about system administrator. Any ideas?

Hello Doggie, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Do you have any other Group Policy setting there set to anything other than Not Configured? If you do, then change it to that to see if that was the culprit.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
