Schedule restore points (shadows) for a data partition

I think it is useful to have restore points for data partitions. In case you lose a file or folder, you can always recover it with e.g. Shadow Explorer.

The problem is, that for data partitions, there are no system events when restore points are being automatically created. Thus you have to create them yourself.

Does anybody know a scheme (or a scheduled task) with which such restore points would be automatically created - either by a set date/time or driven by any other useful event.

I thought that when you created a restore point it did all enabled partitions at the same time. Try it and have a look with shadow explorer.
