HELP Please : Annoying "Restore User Files" Window after Recovery

Hi, I am a new member and really want to get some help from all members here. I have an Axioo netbook running Windows 7 Starter. Due to some problems the other days, I decided to run a Recovery. The recovery process ran successfully, and I eventually had a fresh re-installation of the operating system. But, the problem is, everytime I turn on my netbook, I always get this annoying notification. I didn't have any user data to restore and I always clicked Cancel to dismiss the pop-up window. However, this annoying notification always appears for every startup and I must click Cancel button to make it disappear from the screen.
My question is what should I do to solve this annoying problem? I find it uneasy to always click Cancel button for each startup.

Did you import your files separately? This normally only comes up when you choose to run Recovery with backup.

Have you tried clicking Restore my Files to see what it has to offer?

I intentionally did not make any user backup prior to the recovery, so I believe I did not have any user file back up to restore. And yes, I tried to click "Restore my Files" button which always gives me this:



And it is always like this on each startup. Indeed, I can simply press Cancel button to make it disappeared, but it raises my curiousity on why it happens repeatedly, which is annoying. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Type Services.msc in start search box. See if you can find the Service which does this and set it to Disabled.

This is why Many tech enthusiasts find a clean-copy DVD of their OS version and reinstall using the OEM Product Key on the COA sticker on machine. Any installer can also have all versions unlocked using the ei.cfg removal tool.

If and when you're ready to do this: Make your Recovery DIsks or save a Win7 backup image of the entire HD first so you have a path back to factory condition.

Clean Install Windows 7

The installer is mostly driver-complete, with newer arriving quickly via optional Windows Updates. Any drivers then missing in Device Manager can be found on the Support Downloads webpage for your model computer or device.

Install programs slowly over time to gauge performance after each. Don't let any programs write themselves into msconfig>Startup as they become freeloaders on your RAM/CPU and can spy on you. I only allow AV and gadgets.

Use a lightweight free AV like MS Security Essentials which works perfectly with Windows 7 Firewall.

When it is finished, clean and order the HD perfectly using state-of-the-art free CCleaner then Auslogics Disk and Registry defraggers monthly.

Then save a Win7 Backup image externally so you never have to reinstall again, just reimage the HD or replacement using DVD or Repair CD.
