    Files and Settings Backup Question.


    If I run a files and settings backup and "let Windows 7 choose what to backup" will it backup all of my email in Outlook 2007?

    Thank you. I looked it over but I really don't know what to look for. Would I just do a search for .pst?

I'm looking for a method to backup my scheduled recording/settings for media center before performing a clean install of windows 7. I don't mind manually copying the files and replacing them, but I don't know their locations. Any help?
