Windows Live email backup?

I had a save folder and deleted it somehow so what would be a good way to backup your saved email?

Click on the icon on top left and choose Export Email.

Would a roll back retreive my deleted emails?

If you mean using System Restore I doubt it, that doesn't usually effect your personal data, just system files.

I could be wrong so wait to see what the experts have to say.
