Can't create backup copy of my hard drive

Whenever I try to click on the button to make a backup copy, some sort of error show up and immediately closes itself. I've tried getting to see the error, but it closes too fast to actually see it. Nevertheless, I decided to repeatedly touch the button to at least see the name of the error. It's called RarLdrTitle. Any idea what this might be?

You can find the error in event viewer

There are several ways to find what the problem is. The best is to go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search). Go to the windows log>application tab.

You want to look for critical errors (they have red in the left column ).

When you find them you want to look for critical errors that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.

When you find them please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

Let us know if you need help with any of this.

That didn't particularly help me because the error didn't show up, at least not in the form of a error. Nevertheless, I have solved the problem with information gained from another website. Thanks anyways for your help.

For anybody who might come across this website in the future, I leave here the way to solve the issue. Simply unistall from your computer Winrar. I unistalled Winrar and Winzip from my PC, so I'm not sure what exactly solved the issue, but I was already told in a japanese website that unistalling Winrar is what solved this issue. So it's most probably that.
