This is the email I receved from Paragon

    Dear Ciara *******
Thank you for your interest in Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced (English)!
    The product is registered with:
    PRODUCT KEY: PSG-1*************
    SERIAL NUMBER: 0925*****************
Please find below some hints how to avoid registration errors:
Instead of typing your data, please copy them by clicking "Ctrl" + "C" and then paste them using "Ctrl" + "V" to prevent misprints.
Please note that the data is case sensitive!
IMPORTANT: When inserting the data please check that there are no blank spaces inserted by accident in front or behind the registration data. Please note that the error message 'Invalid Serial' might be confusing as the error can be in BOTH the product key and the serial number field.

Can I resurrect this thread? I have used past versions of Paragon B&R with magical success, in each case moving an OEM Windows 7 install to a new drive, and it just came up perfect, activated/validated/authentic/genuine. I d/l'd the latest version 10 build whatever and attempted to do this again on a little lab mule system I use for all sorts of stuff. Didn't work. Basically I dunno whether the backup image was botched, or the restore, but the net effect was the restore created two folders, naming one 'drive c' and the other 'harddisk0' which had two folders underneath and no data. obviously not good or useful.

Soooooo now I'm wondering what changed? in the past, the default options were good-to-go for a full bit/for/bit image but obviously not now. If one of you knows which is the BEST tutorial on version 10, pls let me know. I will be starting from scratch.
