trouble with Windows Backup (hope I'm on the right board)

So in backing up my hard drive, everything seems to go off without a hitch, until it's finished. I always get the same notice:

"The backup completed but some files were skipped."

When I check which files were skipped, it's always the same four, with this file path:

    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\

and then the name of one of my document folders. And then it says:

"ErrorThe system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))"

Now, in the interests of science, I've checked that location, and those folders do indeed not exist. My question is this: is the absence of those folders in any way interfering with the backing up of my document folders (the ones under C:\Users\Me\)? If so, how do I fix it, and if not, how do I make Windows ignore those folders so it will stop giving me an error?

tl,dr: backup doesn't work, folders missing.

The missing folders will not interfere with the rest of your backup. The simple solution is to recreate the missing folders into their original location to avoid the error messages. I don't know of a way to tell Windows to ignore specified folders, anybody?
