Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit recovery.

Alright, so while I was home visiting for Christmas, my mum asked me to work on my little bro's comp and clean it up a bit. Well it turns out she completely decimated it with toolbars and so many viruses. After working on it for a while I decided it would be much easier to do a recovery. I reset it to factory settings and re-filled out everything. It logged on fine and everything was alright. Well I logged off after reinstalling skype and a few security programs. When he tried to log on later, his password wouldn't work, so i tried and tried to no avail. After about 30 mins or so I figured I must have seriously misspelled the password so I downloaded Ophcrack and ran it to find out the password, well as it turns out there is no password logged for his account, and since the administrative account was turned off, obviously I couldn't do use it to reset his password. I tried logging in again with no password and it still wouldn't work.

Thats the story, now i would like to find a way to either download the recovery disk or see if someone has an alternative way of fixing this problem.

    Thanks!

    Oh yea, My names Dennis.

It would, but i asked if they did and they said they didnt know, so instead of me scouring the house looking for something that might or might not exist i decided to just go online
