Does system restore delete user accounts?

Hi,
I recently made new user accounts but now my computer keeps crashing. I need to do a system restore, but will it delete my new user accounts?This has been baffling me for ages!Please, HELP ME!!

I don't really know what that is. I used Ghost on my old computer if that's what you mean. Not any more though.

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc
 
 


Why gamble
Make a system restore point, create a new account and then go back with the restore.
Thats what I would do if I were concerned.
