| | Can you boot to safe mode? Safe Mode If so, choose safe mode with command prompt. Once the command prompt loads, type in rstrui.exe and press enter. This should load System restore. Choose a restore point from before this problem occured. If no help, you might try a Startup repair Startup Repair A Guy |
