    Toshiba L655 Windows 7 Restore Disks - Recovery CDs download . Are the disks available for the download ? Please supply me the recovery disk for my 64bit Windows 7 .

    You will have to order it/them from Toshiba. They will usually charge between 15 and 30 dollars.

    Another option and much cleaner install is to clean reinstall with a Win7 installation DVD for your version: re-install windows 7
