Windows 7: Network Backup Question

Network Backup Question

I have a small Network

1. Two Desktop PCS - Windows 7 SP1 HP x64
2. One Netbook - Windows 7 SP1 HP x32

I am currently doing a Weekly "Files in Libraries and personal folders for all users and system image" backup to external HDDs on all three of the computers.

However I would like to set up a Network backup initially for just my two desktops but eventually for all three computers. Note: The network backup will be only for "Files in Libraries and personal folders for all users and system image" backups.

I handles my data files differently by placing them on data only partitions and using Sync Breeze Pro to essentially copy them for backup purposes. I have always preferred copying data files without zipping or encrypting them for backup. Sync Breeze Pro does the job fine for me for backing up my data files.

To that end of backing up the "Files in Libraries and personal folders for all users and system image" on a Network HDD using the Windows Backup feature, which I am happy with using. Please no 3rd party backup software recommendations. That comment 4sure will get all kinds of recommendations

1. I Just purchased a HDD for this purpose.
2. I read the following Tutorials

Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup

How to Enable or Disable Backing up to a Network Location in Windows 7

3. I read this

Only the Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions can backup to a network location.
So it seems clear to me that I have to do an upgrade probably to Windows 7 Professional which is fine with me.

Here is my question:
When I go to backup across the Network does Windows 7 Professional have to be installed on all three computers or only one of the computers; i.e. the computer with the Network HDD attached in order to backup across the network?

For example I have one copy of Sync Breeze Pro and it is on one of my desktops. With that one copy of Sync Breeze Pro I can backup across the Network. For example I can backup up data files from one computer to another computer and even its external HDD. I can backup files on my Netbook from its internal HDD to its external HDD even though Sync Breeze Pro is on my Desktop.

Will one copy of Windows 7 Professional installed on the network be able to do the same thing or do I need a copy of Windows 7 Professional on each of the computers across the Network that I want to backup to the Network HDD?

I would appreciate it if MSFT sales people and resellers of MSFT Windows software do not answer this question Geeks only please. Thanks
