    I did so (used the PW boot disk) to shrink my C OS and will do likewise to shrink the N OS (CLONE Drive's OS). I expect everything to go swimmingly, again, but will report back any untoward results or (quasi-)interesting occurences.

    Thanks so much to everyone. The help on offer here has both aided me directly with the tasks-at-hand, and eased my mind at the same time.
