    Windows 7 64-bit - will not boot from Repair Disc


    I created a System Repair disc (DVD) using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. When I reboot from the disc, I get as far as the Windows blue screen but I never see the repair menu. I receive the following hex error code:

    0x4001100200001012

    You can also download the system repair disk from this site.

    That is if thats what you mean. If you mean dell recovery disks (to reinstall windows), you can also order them from dell for your specific model for a nominal charge. Heck, if you crib they might even ship it free of charge.
