    winload.exe Signature Problem PLEASE HELP

Today my computer crashed and refused to boot back up. I have windows 7 home premium 64bit. I bought it from Newegg and my warranty is now expired. It came with an OEM version of windows and it did NOT come with any repair/recovery disks. When it attempted to automatically repair itself it failed and it said that the CI.dll was corrupt. I searched for solution and found none that would work, from antivirus programs to infinite loops. I searched for hours and found this thread https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...al-file-4.html I followed the instructions on the last page, using Puppy Linux on a disk to boot up and replace the CI.dll with the file in the link. I then did the following as instructed

    1) Type in: bootrec.exe /fixmbr
    2) Then type in: del C:\boot\bcd
    3) Then type in: bootrec.exe/rebuildbcd

The commands went in fine and I was prompted by the last one on whether or not to add the installation to boot. I said yes. (Perhaps a mistake?) The commands were all entered smoothly and I received no error messages. I restarted my computer and received the error code 0xc0000428 refering to the C:\Windows\system32\winload.exe it said the the signature could not be verified. Now I can NOT even get to the repair page, CMD, or Safe mode. It will not load at all, and the screen will jump back and forth between the error page and the Boot Manager page, the latter of which only has one option "windows 7 home premium."

Can anyone help me? the only way I can alter files is through puppy linux and i have retrieved all my vital files already. I also believe my OEM partition was corrupted from the beginning because I was unable to view or access it from the start. Does anyone by chance have a windows 7 64bit winload.exe they could send me? I really love my computer and feel distraught that its not working. If anyone can help or even tell me if I have to get a new copy of windows I would greatly appreciate it. I am unable to do anything with it right now except in puppy linux which I admit I have no clue how to use aside from viewing files and transferring them.
