    Backup files message after restarts???

I corrupted my HD somehow restoring images. I'm happy with the restoring but when I restart or shutdown for the night and restart I get a message saying recover was successfull do you want to restore your user files? When I cancel it or when I say o.k. doesn't stop it from showing on every restart. I didn't have any back ups so that leads to a dead end.
Is there a way to shut this off ?

Is this with using native Windows backup, or a third party program?

If with default Windows Backup, might try resetting the Configuration.

I tried the down load linked above and no dice. What I did was use the WD Acronis to clone from an external clone I had done a week ago to the HD installed in the computer.
Runs fine with no problems except the annoying message everytime I restart. Once I canel out the window it doesn't come on again until I restart.

Oh. The link above would only work for the default Windows Backup.

I got it done. Some how I had contaminated the drive with an extra recovery partition so I formated that and it cleared it. In computer it shows C drive then Recovery. I did the recovery. Honestly I'm still fuzzy about it all but It works now.
    Thanks
