    Hello mate.

I'm not sure what the teacher is saying but I believe those accounts are like a "Retail" Windows 7 and you should get unlimited installations to the same machine.

Best to check in your account IMO. There were some changes a while ago.

Bill2 would know more about that then I would.

You could always create an image of the complete install and store it externally, then when you need, just restore the image and you'll never have to be concerned over activation again, have a look at this tutorial at the link below and be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.

Thanks guy's I thought it would activate unlimited amount of times to as i actvated my old one countless times due to crashes then i ran into trouble a few weeks back and it said it was expired. So i had to get new one from teacher I have activated it with all my programm's on it and first time i have ever backed up i was amazed at Acronis true image restored my machine in 15 mins what took me 2 days to do. All i want to know to put my mind at rest is does restoring your machine count as another activation? thanks for posting guys

Restoring the image to the exact same hardware shouldnt use up an activation.
