    Backup error

Let me begin by saying hi to everyone.
My computer specs that I typed in last night was changed today. I previously had windows ultamate 64bit but it is changed to 32bit. I was doing my first backup after installation and had this error. "The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))" can someone tell me how to fix this? I am very new to windows7.
Thanks in advance to your replies.

Truthfully, it could mean several things. There should be a log or error button that will tell you what the error is. It happened to me once and it was simply a folder I had changed, everything else was backed up.

And also, welcome to the forums.

As essenbe says it is often caused by deleting or moving a folder that is defined in the backup since it was configured. The solution to this is to go through the backup configuration procedure again.

Thanks, and don't be a stranger. Also, there is a great section of tutorials on this site. Just click the tutorials at the top of the page. You will read them and be amazed at some of the things you can do with windows 7. Most of us came here to learn or resolve a problem and stayed. If you ask most of the regulars they will tell you they have learned more from this site than anywhere. So, stick around, you'll learn some things.
