    New problem with Win 7 Pro backup failing


    When Windows backup runs ( sdclt.exe )I am getting an error as shown in the attached jpg. Where/what is the "catalog" the backup is refereing to and where is it located ?

    The catalog is a database file that tells the backup service what's going on. Apparently something has gone wrong with yours, you can try running a full chkdsk on both drives but I am not very confident that will fix the problem you more than likely will have to delete the old backup and create another one.
