    Backup Software for W7 Pro 64 bit?


    I have a Dell XPS 8300 running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. What software does W7 use to create a backup and system image?
    What commercial software have you used successfully as an alternate...and would recommend?

I'am looking for something that after the 1st backup if I change a text or doc file or change something in a file or subfile or add something new(music pictures ect.) it will backup just the stuff that changed or is new. Free would be great
