    Factory Restore.


    I would like to restore my computer to the way it was the day I got it. What do I need to do. I am good with computers just want to do the right way. I have no disk.

    Welcome
    Press and hold the 0 (zero) key on your keyboard and then press the computers power switch. When the computer turns on, the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility screen will appear, presenting the choice to restore.

    If you have a External HD, you could copy & paste your data.
    Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console
    than copy & paste your data to new install.
