0x80070017 error
I need some help. My backups are not sucsessful. I get a "Cyclic Redundancy Check"
Also there is an error x80070017. I went on a forum and was told my backup drive had bad sectors. I did a Chkdsk/e and tried to fix it. The message said in order to fix these I needed to do a CHKDSK/ f (fix) When I tried I was told "access denied" How do I get permission from my own computer and is there another way to fix this? Also my registry has some problems is there a utility that can fix serious registry problems or do I need a Tech. Any help will be greatly appreciated...Ron:
