    well the last thing I have for you is this
    USB Drive AutoRun.inf Tweaking

    note the Autorun Dabbler’s Toolkit link there as well.

    From what I'm reading it almost sounds like it wants you to compile the batch into an exectuable though.
    If that is in fact the case, I've used this software in the past and it does work.

    The power of the robocopy command is truly amazing. One might find some of the options there to be useful.
