Booting problem

Hello!
I bought a HP laptop and there was just one partition C and I've been trying to make another one using a Paragon Partition Manager(I've done this last year on another laptop and it worked.) However, on this one, when the program asked me for permission to restart and continued in that Boot setup it just stopped , there was black screen and some unrecognizable text(real nonsense, not readable at all) I've waited for an hour and when nothing happened I pushed Turn off button and after the NB turned on there was this screen saying:

"Drive 0: Primary 00 (windows vista 2008)
Primary 01 (windows vista2008) System
Primary02 (Linux)
Primary03 (windows vista2008) Recovery

Insert startup disc in floppy drive and press F2 to run setup."

I just clicked with enter the very first option and then appeared Windows normally.
Like everything seems fine except everytime I restart NB the same screen appears again.
I've read somewhere that it's some bootable problem, but I have no idea what it means :/
Could you help me to put it together, someone? Pretty please? I don't even care about that splitting partition anymore, I'd just like to have normal windows again..

What is "NB"??

Can you do a System Restore to an earlier date before this problem started?

I'd recommend you use the built-in Disk Management to resize partitions whenever possible. It works quite well.

Well I bought it today (pretty lame for me to ruin it on the first day, huh? xD)
I tried System Restore to the point before installing Paragon Partition Manager..and it didn't help.
There is also an option called First_user_boot. Maybe that's right after Windows 7 was installed. Do you think I could try that one?

Yeah, I tried built-in Disk Management, but it didn't work either and later I've found out that this problem with splitting partitions have a lot HP users..

Be advised that this will take the machine back to the point when you first took it of the box.

The "HP Recovery Center" will give you the option to send to backup anything you
don't want to lose, so have backup media available to use if you choose this option.

With the machine off press the power button, as soon as you do that start tapping the F11 key.

It may take several attempts to do this, if the first attempt fails, try again.
That should take you to the HP Recovery Center. When there just follow the prompts.

It is pretty much self explanatory. From the time you boot into F11 (not counting
any backups you choose to make) you should be back on a working desktop in about
30 minutes. After it restarts just follow the prompts again to finish the process.

If your first option is system restore select no, which should take you to system recovery.

You want to try system recovery not system restore, unless you have good restore points!

I'm so grateful that you're helping me! All of you!!
But I've tried pushing F11 and nothing, it's still taking me to that screen. :/ I'm starting to feel a bit desperate..

Have you upgrade from Vista to Windows 7?
