Windows 7: cli cimmand for bit copy in Windows 7 Prof. 32bit

cli cimmand for bit copy in Windows 7 Prof. 32bit
I want create backup - bit copy of drive C:/ in command line. Wbadmin do not support this feature. I need create this command for schedule backup.
