Windows 7: Backup Manager is not Working error 0x8007043C

I have gotten back my computer today after it had been in the shop for over 3 weeks! The problem is....I can not use system restore, Backup manager, and the F3 recovery key.

The F3 recovery was the problem that I had sent in my computer for however, it has not been fixed at all and still persists with a BSOD that talks about a known DLL is corrupted or missing. However, now I can't even use the simple recovery options that is built in windows without it going to "ERROR 0x8007043C". I can't even make a backup now or a recovery disk, and this is after I have gotten it back from the repair shop that they had me sent it to.

I did attempt to use the F3 recovery when I first gotten the computer but I would still even then get the BSOD with the known dll corrupted or missing. So straight out of the box, I could not do much at all in order to keep my computer from dieing if it ever did.



Can anyone help?
