Being Denied Access to File
I have deleted my original post. It stated a condition that does not exist. What I thought was an inability to perform a successful backup turns out to be a file to which I am denied access.
Even as Administrator, I cannot enter data into the file nor can I delete the file. The filename is "Inoperative Files" and is a subfile under "My Videos".
Guess what. That file is gone and I don't know why.
