System Restore isn't succeed. And windows isn't started!

Hello people.
I just joined this forums for a problem I didn't find a solution for.

I didn't use my laptop for like 2 days, and then when I started to use it it just freeze while I'm on it. That happened for maybe 5 times and I shut the laptop down every time it freezes.
So I did a System Restore for the laptop twice and every time I interrupted it by getting the charger out of power. Then when I wanted to turn the lap on, I had to write the password then the screen is all black. And nothing moves but the mouse.

All that working now is the Safe Mode.
Can you help me quickly please? 'Cause I need my laptop..

And thanks.

Hello Fer3ooN and welcome to Seven Forums. Sorry to hear you're having these problems. A few things you can try:

1. Have you tried doing the System Restore from safe mode?
2. You could try a Startup Repair by accessing the Advanced Boot Options. When you power up your machine immediately start clicking the F8 key and then select the Startup Repair option.

Advanced Boot Options

Startup Repair

3. You could also try repairing your system files by running a System File Checker scan from safe mode.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I work some weird hours so if I don't respond right away I haven't given up on you. Take your time to familiarize yourself with the steps in each of the tutorials before you begin. Good luck.
