Coded files on hard drive - can't open anymore

Hello,

a few months ago, i just checked out the Windows 7 function to code files... i just coded all my files on an external hard drive, now if i want to open up a file i have to confirm that i'm the user of this pc and that i have the right to open up these files, thats a pain in the arse... because, i have also installations files for programs on this hard drive and i cant install them i have to confirm on every little file, that i've got the right to open it, but that are such a million files !

So my question is: Does anybody know how to decode them together?
