Best Free Software to do a Backup of Selected Folders?

Besides the native program in windows 7, what's a trust worthy good program to backup selected folders like Documents, Pictures, and other random folders I want to backup..

Maybe even something that does it incremental, so say if I connect it every sunday it only backs up changes in the folders and doesn't need to re do everything so that it won't need to re backup my 600GB movies folder, etc because it won't have any changes.

    Thanks for the help.

Besides the native Windows 7 tool the free programs recommended most on this forum are:

Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download

Free Backup Software: Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition - Overview

Best free data backup software. Hard drive backup and recovery freeware. Hard Disk image freeware.

Since they're all free my suggestion is to try each one out and see which one does the best for your needs.

Those are all good suggestions. :)

One I might add is Cobian Backup 10.

I have no problem using Windows 7 built in backup. All those programs mentioned by marsmimar are used by many members. For my self I don't use 3rd party programs when I can use Windows 7 to get the job done.

I think most of the other free versions are image only. EasUS free has a folder backup option. Best free data backup software. Hard drive backup and recovery freeware. Hard Disk image freeware.

For file backups, you can't beat Karen's replicator.

I'm trying the native backup program on Windows 7 first, and it is taking SO long. I've had this problem before, the bar is probably 10 percent after 6 hours. What gives?
