i have a stupid question i remember there being a partition on my h g61 that was called system recovery, i don't have the disc's is the system disc's there or how would i utilize that system recovery

It`s a partition you would use to retore your PC if your current OS becomes corrupted.

ok so if my current os is unstable how do i get to use that partition, i dont have the disc's can i use that partition instead?

You would tap a key during POST to start the recovery process. It should tell you which key to press somewhere at the bottom of the screen.

It will put the PC back to day one. Is that what you want ?
