Windows 7: Want To Delete Three Image Backups & A System Restore Point

I did see your post. CCleaner does NOT show any restore points at this time because I deleted all of them per your instructions. The screenshot was taken AFTER the
deletion of the restore points. The "image backup" entries still exist. I would rather
not install another program to fix something the OS should allow.
Any further suggestions ??

Ok.

As a test, see if the System Restore Explorer program from OPTION FOUR has them listed in it as well to see if you may be able to delete them.

Have you already tried the built-in Disk Cleanup from OPTION TWO? It should be able to delete all but the most recent restore point.

Yes, I just used "Disk Cleanup" (More Options) and they are still listed.
Think I'll just live with them (they don't spend money or blame me for anything)
