Want To Delete Three Image Backups & A System Restore Point
Not sure about the image backups. There are four. I would assume I can delete
the oldest three, but that's why I'm asking the question !!!

Hello Bej,
Using OPTION THREE or OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below will help show you how to delete specific system restore points.
If you created a Windows Backup, then OPTION THREE in the tutorial below will help show you how to delete a system image backup using it's "Manage Space" option.
If you only created a system image backup, then you could open the WindowsImageBackup folder and "Continue", open the ComputerName-PC folder, then delete the Backup year/month/day time folder for the image backup that you wanted to delete. The blue NOTE box at the top of the tutorial below will help show you more about what to look for with this folder to help.

I need to explain further. I have never setup "Backup." The "system image backup" is on an external HD. There are four text entries for various images I have made over the past couple of months (manually). Only one corresponds to the image on the external HD (date, etc.)
I would like to delete the text entries for the three "backups" that have been deleted, and updated, on the external HD.

In "System Restore" there is one restore point. When I check the "Show Other Restore Points" a second restore point shows up along with four "System Image" entries. There are NO "System Images" on the computer. There is one on an external HD. One of the entries on the computer matches the image I have on the external HD.
I simply want to get rid of the computer system image text entries for images that have been deleted on the external HD.

I have never seen anything called a "system image" entry when I look at my System Restore points.
I don't use Windows Backup--maybe they show up in System Restore because they were generated by Windows Backup?

They are "Image Restore Points" created by the previous Image files I had on the external HD.
Three of these image backups no longer exist on the external HD. This screen shot was taken
AFTER I deleted all "previous restore points."
