Very Strange - Windows 7 Backup/Network Error

    Yep, I think for now unless anyone else has any other ideas that I'll look at another solution.

    I just hate being beat by Technology :)

    Well, you haven't checked the services yet, have you?

    don't give up so fast..

    Other programs will have other issues you might not like.

    If you do want to go for brilliance, go for acronis.

    Ha, don't worry, I've not given up :) It's just that I will get a backup solution in place, probably Mozy and then will resume debugging this.

    It's one of the oddest problems I've seen.

    You must have overlooked something, computers are too stupid to make mistakes.
