Error code 0x80070570 whilst tring to backup my files
I keep getting the error code 0x80070570 - the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable whilst trying to backup my files.
I've already done a chkdsk as I was getting a different error; I/O device error 0x8007045D but this has gone since doing the chkdsk.
I've also tried using disk cleanup but am not sure what files are safe to delete or if they are even causing the problem in the first place.
It's the first time I've tried to backup my laptop so I'm trying to backup everything. I'm trying to backup to a seagate 750GB portable hard drive frome my acer aspire with 640BG hard drive. I got a BSOD yesterday that happened just whilst the interent was on, though it had been left on all night, but that seems to not be a problem anymore, though not sure if it's related.
Not particularily computer savvy so any help would be much appreciated.
