eMachines E727 laptop not completing restore.

I tried to restore my computer back to it's factory settings but it get's to "Setup is Starting Services" and then this error comes up: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." I went into my BIOS and put it back into it's defult settings, but it's still not working!! (I tried to restore it because the updates wern't installing properly or at all. Tried to restore last month but I got the error and went on forums to try to fix it but it still didn't work and I have had turned off for the past couple of weeks.)

Are you using the the Acer Recovery Partition or Acer Recovery DVD's?

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?
