Outlook 2010 question

In Outlook 2000 I was able to export a copy of my contacts to a memory stick. I cannot fathom out how to do this in Outlook 2010. I just want to make sure that in the event of a catastrophe I will still have all the addresses and phone numbers etc.

I found that, but the problem is that it does not save in the same format. This is how it looks. Thanks for the help.

I've removed your attachment for privacy reasons. Have you tried the different formats?
