1. Did your Dell Inspiron 5010 come with Dell DataSafe Local Backup installed and did you create the System Recovery Media using it when you first received it and set up Windows?
2. If the answer is no, then you have to use Dell Factory Image Restore to restore your laptop to the original condtion.
( Please refer to the Inspiron Setup Guide that came with your machine)
That said, looking at your HDD, I am inclined to think you have modified its configuration from the original state.
Are you still running the OEM install or have you reinstalled the OS?
Modifications/reinstall, if any done by you, will make your Recovery Partition defunct/ inaccessible and you may not be able to install DataSafe Local Backup. If it has not installed there is no question of uninstalling it.
Now the basic question is
Why do you want to install Dell DataSafe Local Backup?
If you have modified your system, then you may have to resort to other Image Backup software like Macrium Reflect Free
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download or Paragon free
Free Backup Software: Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition - Overview. Your Recovery Partition is now useless. You can format it and use it.
If DELL had not supplied you the Recovery Disk/s or OEM Reinstall Disk, you can still contact Dell Technical Support as you are entitled to it.. Tell them that your HDD got corrupted totally (including the Recovery Partition, and they will send you the OEM Reinstall Disk free. Please note that it will be a
clean install and you will not be required to actlvate.
Amen.
