Dell has provided a OEM SP1 installation disc with your system if you bought a new system unless your system is a used computer, you should have one with you. Well, I hope other experts can help you.

    Read the three tutorials below:
Partition / Extended : Logical Drives
    Clean Install Windows 7
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Use the OEM SP1 installation disc that come with your system to repair your computer.

Actually, I can guide you more but I am pressed for time!Bye!

    Hi gatelad,

You can find instructions for for factory restore at the link below:

However, if you have deleted the restore partition then you would not be able to use factory restore. Then, you would need to do a clean re-installation following the links suggested by cyrilhubert.

If you would do a clean installation of windows you would need to install drivers for the system. Follow the link below to download and install compatible drivers for your system:

    Hi gatelad,

Its great to hear that you found the information useful. Once windows is installed you need to install the drivers from the link mentioned above.

You can also download all the premium software supplied with the system by registering your system at the link below:

    http://dell.to/13Xh9yG

Also, you can request backup discs for your system at this link below:

I hope that should resolve the issue we have at hand right now. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

Hi there ... Seems like you should have no problems now ... Since you have done a Clean Install why would you want all that Dell bloatware ? It wont do any thing to improve your system in fact it will only slow it down ... As for backup there are loads of free Options which work much better than Dell backup
