    Are you sure the folder that the virus resides in IS covered by the scan?

    no, not at all sure. if it does a full scan, i would assume it would be covered. maybe i should have kept avast.

    deleted java and back up now runs. no threats detects. now off to the java threads as my new installation will not work....

Hello Guys, I was doing a windows backup into a Recovery D Drive. After 13% was done, MSE detected something and I cleaned it. After that, the Windows Backup came up with that error. Did Windows backup fail because of that?
