Hp_tools (e:)

Have tried to search for this problem I am having so I apologize in advance for repeating this problem I am experiencing.
Recently this year in January I bought a Pavilion dv7 laptop.
I bought a 4 year warranty with it.
I have been using it just for email and search engines.
There were a few things I downloaded--but not 6 gb of anything.
I started getting a small window about HP_tools (E) and when I click on the icon flag it says for me to check backup disk space (Important) then the following message: "the disk that your backup is saved on doesn't have enough free space."
I was told that I should go to the my "computer" and click on to see what amount I had free. It said 9.35 mb free of 3.95 gb
I checked my recycle bin and I had 0 to empty to clear up for free space.
Is this something that is covered in my warranty.
My son said that it is nothing to worry about, but I am wondering if somehow something got saved on the E drive.
I am totally a novice in computer and bought the laptop to go to school.
I am at a loss.
I am concerned I will run out of space.
I have a 6 gb and 750 (I think that is the memory?)
I would appreciate any thoughts on this and I sincerely appreciate any informative and/or constructive thoughts.

Hewlett_Packard File folder
Yvette-HP File folder
HP_WSD.dat DAT file 1 KB

So can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Open Disk Management (right-click "Computer" on the Desktop, left-click "Manage". Then use the snipping tool to post a screenshot of the contents of your E: drive. :)

No one can tell you what's hogging the space on the drive unless you show us.

Working in the dark, the only answer would be "Just randomly delete a bunch of stuff off the drive. That will give you more space as soon as you empty the recycle bin."

I see nothing wrong. Those little tools partitions that the manufacturers put on the system are seldom used and should be left alone. HP always cuts their own partitions (tools and recovery) very tight. Nothing to worry abot.
