Solved acer error code 0xc000000f need to restore from partition

i have an acer 5517 laptop the i have a problem when booting i have restored the default boot settings, tried the alt+f10, and also a few other random thing and have not gotten very far a fixing it.
i get one of two screen

i dont have a recovery cd. i have tried to order one from acer once before, but they had an error in the ordering system they never charged me or shipped my recovery disc.

i currently have an extra hard drive i scavenged from an acer 5515 with vista. i system restored and installed new drivers on to make sure the laptop its self has no problems

i have access to 3 other computers if that would help me
one xp, one vista, and one is 7

using my desktop ( XP based) i hooked up the hard drive via the second sata connections and could see all the partitions are on the origanal hard drive with windows 7




I need to figure out a way to recover the os to a working condition i need no data off the hard drive. please help as i try to be as specific and detailed as possible to help you help me.

woke up half asleep this mourning and thought i was pounding the f10 but accidentally hit f11 the first few times. it started up in recovery mode. it is currently applying system settings after the restore so finger crossed it worked this time. its been down quite awhile.

I am sry about the caps, I was looking for this for along time...It help me fix my familys laptop.... whish is over $200.oo to fix. I hope this heklps other ..
