That would be a shadowstorage allocation for the C: partition. For 'x' I suggest between 10 and 15%. In lieu of x% you can also say xGB
This command resizes the allocated space for shadow copies of the partition but it does not enable this partition for the protection system. So, how do I activate this partition for this functionality from the Command Prompt?
