BSOD error after restore, error 0xc000000f

Hey i am Michael and here's my problem:

I bought the computer about 2 years ago and then we bought Windows 7 but my computer (dell latitude d630) had an out dated BIOS so i upgraded it. So i ran Windows 7 for about a year. Last night i wanted to restore it so i did though the Windows Boot Manager and it said it would restore it back to windows XP and yes it restored fine but when it restarted the boot manger came up and it said, "Chose an OS to start" but all that comes up is Windows 7 and System Restore. So i click Windows 7 and it give me This

    Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I i was think that because it restored it back to windows xp and it is trying to choose windows 7 it cant find the needed start up files

    Some more info:
I only i have Windows 7 disk with that os and when i put the disk in when at boot manager i does not do anything.

Please I kinda need help soon.
