Restore System Image Will Not find my Backup
Hello guys! Here is the skinny: I had a Windows 7 64bit Home Premium OS installed. I made a system image backup. I then wiped my whole drive, installed 32bit Windows 7 Ultimate, then transferred my backup files to my desktop. I put the Ultimate (32bit) disk in my drive and went to restore my 63bit backup, but it will not find the files. Any possible help? Thanks so much!
PS: is it the fact that the repair disk is 32bit? I have a home premium 64bit but it does not give me the option to repair computer, just install over my 32bit. Thanks again.
