    Set Up Backup

From Control Panel to Backup & Restore:

When I left click on 'Set up Backup', instead of the next screen asking me for all of the potential destinations for a backup (CD, flash, external hard drive, etc), the computer selects pathway: Computer-Acer(C)-Windows-system 32. So instead of a destination screen SEE Attachment as to the screen I get after clicking on 'Set up Backup'.

    Thanks

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

I think you'll find it's to do with the way Acer configure their backup procedure.

Like all proprietary computers, it comes with loads of bloatware, one of which is My WinLocker.

Create a system restore point in case you need to roll back, and then uninstall My WinLocker.

You should then be able to use Windows Backup.
