Windows 7: Unable to Setup backup to Network, error 0x8007052e

Hello all...my first time posting.

I'm trying to backup my win 7 x64 company laptop to the network as a test.

I browse to the network location and enter my credentials and immediately I get an error.

"The specified Network location cannot be used. Verify the path points to a correct network location and that the supplied credentials can be used for write access to the folder."

The path is correct because I created the backup folder myself and gave myself full control of the folder. Windows help says "If you can access the network location from the Computer folder on your computer without having to type a user name or password, type the user name and password that you used to log on to the computer into the Windows Backup UI", which I can and did but I still get the error.

Could there be some other type of access I need?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
