Windows 7: Partition is gone-hidden after repair the system

first of all sorry bad english
l've downloaded easeus partition manager to resize partitions(l have a samsung rc420 laptop 750gb hd)
but when l used samsung recorevery solution again(first time was successful a few months ago) it didn't work(message said cannot find windows) and when l tried to quit recovery solution:
BOOTMGR IS MISSING
PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL TO RESTART
over and over again keep this message
l got the cd from samsung system recovery
it repairs the system (at least until this moment)
it keeps C and D is gone
D became OEM
windows explorer only shows C with 100gb

as l said l really don't know what l should do with testdisk
before all this problem my D had 530gb but now as primary and not alocated
if someone please can make a tutorial
or tell me if l lost all my files
