Errors reported when using Backup
I moved my user profile to another drive so that I could have Windows and programs on a new SSD and all my files on a HDD.
I used this tutorial User Profile - Change Default Location to move my user profile to my A drive and all worked really well.
I then cloned my C drive onto the new SSD, reformatted my old HDD, renamed it D and proceeded to use D drive for a system backup.
I only noticed a problem when I carried out my first system backup.
Backup reported that it had completed successfully except that some files had been skipped, namely C:/Users/Peter/.... It said these files could not be found.
Not surprising as they are all on A drive now!
So two questions are:
1. Why is this happening when my user profile has been successfully moved?
2. Does this really matter anyway as everything else seems to work fine?
Any insight most welcome.
